If your hotel is located near the center of Agujitas town , our tour guide will pick you up from the hotel, otherwise we can help you get a taxi to take you to the village and bring you back after the tour. The activity takes about two hours. It is not a strenuous tour and can be designed with flexibly, it can start around 18:00 or 19:00.
The activity can also be designed to meet specific needs, for example the tour can focus more on snakes, frogs or insects.

This tour can start from Drake Bay or Sierpe. It takes about five hours and can begin in the morning or in the afternoon. From Drake Bay, we depart from the beach, but if your hotel is right on the beach, we can pick you up from there and bring you back. If your hotel is far away from the beach, we can help you get a taxi to the beach and back to your hotel. Private tours are more expensive, please book in advance to arrange the activity either privately or in the group.

This activity lasts from 3 to 4 hours and can be done in the morning or in the evening.
It starts from our office from where we depart on a walk until Agujitas River Farm where you will start going thru primary forest for around one hour until Agujitas Waterfall.
After enjoying of the waterfall and rest a for 15 minutes we go down the river for 20 minutes on the tubes until the platform of Agujitas River farm to rest for another 15 minutes and start the walk back to town.
There are 14 platforms and 12 cables on the site. The highest platform is 30 meters high and the longest cable is 400 meters long. The highest cable is 65 meters high.

The Birdwatching tour in Drake Bay is an activity worth to do since due to its position the place offers the chances to see many of the almost 400 species of birds found in Peninsula de Osa. Around Drake Bay, you might encounter red macaws, toucans, tanagers, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, manakins, sparrows, euphonias, orioles, and many more species. It can be done very early in the morning or late in the afternoon, this guided activity is done around town for 2 hours. It is recommended to do the bird watching tour in the morning or evening since birds are more active during this hours and one wants to see the most action possible and also different species of birds.
Extra activities for real bird lover can be done, we can take you to the mangroves and also try to find nocturnal birds or go after specific species of birds. For bird watching it is recommended to have good equipment due to some birds will be only appreciated for faraway sometimes, maybe because it was the only bird found or because we are dealing with a very elusive bird.
We also organize special activities in Corcovado National Park for bird watching. It can be a visit for a day trip or an overnight tour at Sirena ranger station or any of the other stations.
The guide has the equipment for this activity, binoculars, telescope and good information due to that they are familiar with the activity and the area.
