The Caño Island snorkeling tour from Uvita starts at the office at 6.30 am with fruit, coffee, juice, and cookies, followed by a short safety briefing.
Approximately 1:30 hours are spent on the boat trip to Caño Island, followed by two snorkels of approximately 45 minutes each at the islands’ best visibility points.
On Caño island, you can visit the viewpoint and use the facilities.
Lunch is provided at Ballena Oriental restaurant or at Playa San Josecito (a beautiful beach).
There are chances of seeing dolphins, whales, turtles, and birds along the way (since it is a natural habitat). The tour ends at approximately 3.00 pm at the Marino Ballena National Park.
