Caño Island Snorkeling Tour From Sierpe Town

This tour starts at 7:00 am from Sierpe, we go through the river, and cross the river mouth to keep going in the ocean until Caño Island. Once there, we snorkel for three hours and a half, more or less divided into two sessions.

Lunch will be at the beach, and refreshing drinks, fruit, and food will be available during this period of time. 

On the way back, we will check the mangrove forest and some information will be given to you while you observe, and take pictures. The approximate time when we arrive at Sierpe is 4:00 pm.

Part of this tour takes place in the mangroves, which are home to several species of mangrove trees, snakes, crocodiles, and three species of monkeys, as well as birds. In the ocean, it is possible to encounter whales during their migration season, dolphins, seabirds, and turtles.  At Caño Island you will see a lot of different fish species, and coral. It is essential to mention that nature is unpredictable and the water visibility changes every day.
