Corcovado National Park borders with Finca La Amistad, a family property sharing the same vegetation and the same wildlife (on a lower scale when it comes to mammal sights), we do the tour from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm to see vegetation, try to see mammals, and see nocturnal life in one activity.
This trip begins from Drake Bay at 4:00 pm for a 30-minute car ride to the border of Los Planes Station, Corcovado National Park.
Once we get to our destination, we proceed to put our shoes on to start walking the rails of Finca La Amistad. During this walk, we will be looking for birds, mammals, insects, reptiles, and fauna.
Our guides are fully prepared and know not only how to spot things but also important information about their behavior, what they eat, how they live, and more.
This is a good option for nature lovers who enjoy the forest and the impressive things that live in it.
Who can do this tour?
This activity is flat for most of it and done at a slow pace, however, there are parts where you would need to make some effort to go up a couple of meters.
During the heavy part of the wet season, it can be muddy, depending on how the rain has fallen down during the last few days.
It is recommendable for the ones that consider that this activity would be a bit challenging to get a private tour guide.
$80 per person.
